My first solo trip. We’ve had numerous issues with our RV propane/electric refrigerator. Our first experience was learning fresh meat doesn’t freeze well. It is meant more for prefrozen foods. But, that is just a learning time. The big issues have come with fans that didn’t consistently work and having the refrigerator just plain out fail. We couldn’t trust it to stay cool. So, I reached out to JC Refrigeration in Shipshewana Indiana for a cooling system replacement. We only had two weeks in Cleveland before heading north to Maine. And, amazingly, they fit us in. I took the four hour drive and now it’s working well – finally!
I stayed a mile from the facility at Shipshewana Trading Ground next to the flea market. It starts tomorrow when I plan to head back home. Funny though that Connie remembers family day trips to the flea market when young.
