Tahquamenon Falls State Park – Paradise, MI

August 30, 2024 Connie Corbett Michigan

A beautiful state park with a upper and lower falls area. The river’s amber color is caused by tannins leached from the cedar, spruce and hemlock trees in the swamps drained by the river.
