I think the best way to see Pictured Rock National Lakeshore is from a boat on Lake Superior. We took a 2 hour sunset cruise with Pictured Rock Cruises and had a beautiful evening on the water. I can see why they named this national park Pictured Rock. The rocks look like an artist took different colored paints and throw it on a canvas. So beautiful and unique.
